RETURN POLICY
Erezcigars.com has a 45 day return policy based on the date of purchase. Products must properly wrapped and returned in re-sellable condition, with shipping prepaid, to P.O Box 600667 NMB FL 33160. Your money will be returned directly by the method of payment. Our return policy covers all defective products up until 45 days of use; each individual customer can choose to replace the defective product or request a full refund. A replacement product or money credit will not be granted back to the customer until the initial item of purchase arrives at the P.O box listed above. If you so choose to return a product after the 45 day period, www.Erezcigars.com retains the right to either refuse delivery of the return or refuse replacement/ cash credit of your purchase.
If any customer, after receiving our quality controlled, individually reviewed products, is unhappy with their purchase, Erezcigars.com would be happy to honor a refund due to our satisfaction guarantee.
Pertaining to cigars only: In the event that the box of your choice is delivered without a quality control seal or with a broken one thereof, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement of your respective product. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase of our hand rolled and individually reviewed cigars, Erezcigars.com will honor a full refund of purchase with a respectable return. Once again, no cash credit or product replacement will be granted until the defective product is delivered to the address listed above.
